DELIVERY

We only deliver to the United States and the indicated states available in our checkout.

Orders are typically delivered within 6-12 business days. If there are delays, the total delivery time may be up to 13-16 business days. We pack all orders within 72 hours. The shipping method is shown on the order confirmation that you receive after your purchase.

If you are not at home during delivery FedEx will send you a notification with further information about your package.

 

DAMAGED PARCEL

If you should receive a parcel that is damaged, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel with the following:
•    order number
•    pictures of the parcel outside and inside

•    detailed information about the damage
We would also recommend that you keep the box until our customer service can give you the next instructions, in case we need more information to best make a claim with the shipper.
